What we collect

When you request a meeting we collect your name, work email, company, role, topic, preferred timing, and message. When you join the update list we collect your email address. If you accept analytics cookies, we collect usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location.

How we use it

To reply to your request, schedule meetings, send the product email you asked for, and understand how people find the site. We don't sell your personal information.

Who processes it

Vercel (hosting), Slack (internal notifications), PostHog and Google Analytics (analytics, only with your consent), and Resend (email list). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

Your choices

You can decline analytics cookies, unsubscribe from any email, or ask us to access or delete your data by writing to hello@kinexa.ai. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete.
